Mach-Sens sensor for measuring temperature in beet storage

On a Saturday, we received a call from Stam-Schaap Agro BV, asking if we would be willing to brainstorm on how to easily gain insight into the temperatures of the various storage locations for red beets, as shown below:

For this purpose, we have developed special measuring probes that can be easily inserted into the storage locations without damaging the red beets, allowing temperature measurements on three levels. In addition, we have a reference sensor that measures outdoor temperature and humidity to assess the impact of weather conditions.

This provides insight into the temperatures within the storage, ultimately determining the quality of the red beets. The current monitoring no longer requires time and is much simpler than manual measurements. If you also have a similar challenge, please feel free to contact us!
